Your Privacy Matters to Us
Last updated: March 25, 2026
We built DNFunnel for people who value their time and their inbox. That same respect extends to your personal data. This page explains exactly what we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it. No legal jargon, no hidden clauses.
1. What We Collect and Why
When you join DNFunnel, we ask for only what we genuinely need to deliver the service. That means your email address so we know where to send your weekly domain drop, your chosen plan and domain categories so we can personalise what lands in your inbox, and your payment details which are handled entirely by PayPal. We never see, store, or touch your card information.
We also collect basic usage data, such as which pages you visit and which links you click inside our emails. This helps us understand what is working and what we can improve. It is never used to build advertising profiles or sold to anyone.
2. How We Use Your Information
Everything we collect has one purpose: making DNFunnel work well for you. We use your information to send your curated domain drops each week, to manage your subscription and billing, and to send you service updates when something important changes. That is the full extent of it.
We do not sell your data. We do not rent it. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. Your inbox already has enough noise. We are not adding to it.
3. Your Inbox, Your Control
By joining our waitlist or starting a subscription, you agree to receive our weekly domain drop emails. These are the core of the service, and we think you will enjoy them. But if you ever want to stop, every email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you are off the list, no questions asked. You can also reach us directly at hello@dnfunnel.com and we will handle it personally within 24 hours.
4. How We Store and Protect Your Data
Your data is stored using Supabase, a secure database platform hosted on Amazon Web Services. All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS and encrypted at rest. We apply industry-standard security practices and regularly review our systems to ensure your information stays safe.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, you can request full deletion and we will remove your records promptly.
5. Cookies
We keep cookie usage to the bare minimum needed to run the website. We do not use advertising cookies, we do not run retargeting campaigns, and we do not track your behaviour across other websites. If you have a cookie blocker installed, the site will still work just fine.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to correct anything that is inaccurate, and to request that we delete it entirely. These are not just legal obligations for us. They are things we genuinely support. To exercise any of these rights, simply contact us at hello@dnfunnel.com and we will respond within 24 business hours.
8. When This Policy Changes
As DNFunnel grows, this policy may be updated to reflect new practices or legal requirements. When we make significant changes, we will notify all active subscribers by email before the changes take effect. The date at the top of this page always reflects when it was last revised.
9. Get in Touch
