Simple Terms for a Simple Service

We wrote these terms to be read, not skipped. DNFunnel is a straightforward service and we want the rules to reflect that. By using DNFunnel, you agree to what is written here. If anything is unclear, reach out and we will explain it in plain language.

1. What DNFunnel Is

DNFunnel is a subscription-based domain name curation service. Every week, our team hand-picks a selection of available, brandable domain names and delivers them directly to your inbox. You choose your plan and your categories, and we do the scouting. That is the service, and these terms govern how it works between us.

2. Who Can Use DNFunnel

DNFunnel is available to anyone who is at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. By creating an account or joining the waitlist, you confirm that you meet these requirements. If you are signing up on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly, in advance, through PayPal. Your chosen plan determines what you receive each week. You are free to cancel at any time and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months, so if you cancel mid-cycle, you will continue receiving drops until your billing period ends.

All prices are listed in Euros and may be subject to local taxes depending on where you are based. We will always be upfront about what you are paying before you commit.

4. Domain Availability

We verify that every domain in your weekly drop is available at the time of curation. However, domain availability moves fast. By the time your email arrives and you go to register, a name may have been taken by someone else. This is the nature of the domain market and not something we can control. DNFunnel is not responsible for domains that become unavailable after your drop is sent.

What we can promise is that we check carefully before we send, and we work hard to give you the best possible chance of finding a name you love.

5. How You May Use the Service

DNFunnel is built for people who want to register great domains for legitimate projects. The lists we send you are curated for your personal or business use. They are not for resale, redistribution, or sharing with people outside your account.

You agree not to use DNFunnel to mass-register domains for cybersquatting or any form of domain speculation that harms others. You agree not to attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or copy our curation methodology. And you agree not to use the service for any purpose that is unlawful in your jurisdiction.

In short: use DNFunnel to build something real. That is what it is here for.

6. Our Content and Intellectual Property

Everything that makes DNFunnel what it is, including the website design, the curation process, the scoring methodology, and the email templates, belongs to DNFunnel and is protected by copyright law. You are welcome to register the domains we send you and use them however you like. But you may not copy, reproduce, or repurpose our platform, process, or content without our written permission.

7. What We Cannot Promise

We work hard to make DNFunnel reliable, timely, and genuinely useful. But like any online service, we cannot guarantee that it will always be available without interruption or that every domain in every drop will be exactly what you are looking for. DNFunnel is provided as-is, and while we stand behind the quality of our curation, we cannot make guarantees about outcomes, domain registration success, or future business results.

8. Limitation of Liability

DNFunnel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from your use of the service. This includes missed domain registration opportunities, lost business, or any decision made based on the domains we send. We are a curation service, not a registrar, and the final decision to register a domain is always yours.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes, we will notify all active subscribers by email before the new terms take effect. Continuing to use DNFunnel after an update means you accept the revised terms. We will always give you fair notice before anything significant changes.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly with us will be handled in the courts of Ventura County, California.
